Rebecca is a Solicitor and Partner at Bexley Beaumont Ltd with extensive expertise in Equine Law, Dispute Resolution (including general and commercial litigation, defamation and breach of NDAs), reviewing and drafting equine related contracts and regulatory compliance.

Rebecca is nationally recognised as being one of the leading experts in Equine Law, specialising in disputes and bespoke contracts.

Rebecca has significant experience advising clients across the equestrian sector, helping a range of equestrian clients from businesses, livery yards, trainers, owners and riders to individual horse owners. Rebecca also helps her clients navigate complex legal obligations and disputes.

She is a keen horsewoman herself, and has owned and ridden horses all of her life, currently owning two horses that she competes regularly.  This puts her in the fortunate position of not only understanding the complex nuances of equestrian ownership and businesses, but also being able to advise Clients how to protect themselves should they find themselves in need of legal advice relating to bespoke contracts or disputes with another party, be that a business partner, supplier, livery or a purchase or sale that has not turned out the way it was hoped.
