The Eventing Riders Association of Great Britain (ERA of GB) are delighted that Horse & Country (H&C), supported by the Cavewood Productions team, will be livestreaming the Australia Day (Sunday 26th January) fundraising event to a global equestrian audience.

“ERA of GB is incredibly grateful to Horse & Country, and the team giving up their time on the day, for providing the global livestream of our Australia Day event.  With such high demand for attending the event, we’re really hoping that the free livestream will help connect the global eventing community and the wider equestrian audience to our fundraising effort.

The aim of the charity event is to raise as much money as possible to support the Equestrian Fire Relief Australia fund, BlazeAid and the Buy A Bale charities, who are doing much needed work to support our Australian equestrian community who are affected by the bush fire crisis.  We hope that by livestreaming the event for free we will encourage donations from further afield.” Bruce Haskell, ERA of GB President.

The event is being held at the RDA National Training Centre (Lowlands Equestrian) at Shrewley in Warwickshire and will include a series of demonstrations by leading riders including Sam Griffiths, Chris Burton, Bill Levett, Tim Price, Paul Tapner, Piggy Fench and Alec Bragg.

H&C will show the evening performance between 5.30pm and 8.30pm GMT free on their streaming service at www.horseandcountry.tv.  A recording of the evening will be made available, following the event, on H&C.

Jonathan Rippon, Director of Content, H&C said: "We are delighted to be working with ERA to bring live coverage of this hugely important event to a worldwide audience."
