Riding for the Disabled Association and Riders Minds are two of the latest charities and organisations to be supported by the team at HorseFest.
Taking place at Weston Park in Shropshire, from July 23 to 25 at Weston Park in Shropshire, HorseFest will allow festival-goers to come together, learn, celebrate, have fun and create special memories.
RDA supporters will be in attendance at HorseFest with RDA horses and ponies helping to promote the fantastic work carried out by groups all around the country.
Talks will be hosted by the team showcasing their work and highlighting the many fantastic opportunities they provide for children and adults with disabilities.

Riders Minds was formed in 2019 and has quickly established itself as a truly valuable resource designed to improve and support the mental health and wellbeing of all horse riders.
The charity strives to remove stigma of speaking up, out, or about mental health matters amongst horse riders and aims to promote mental health for more successful, healthy, happier, enjoyable horse riding experiences.
The team behind the organisation work tirelessly and relentlessly so that all riders experiencing a mental health problem are both heard and have appropriate support.
Their vision is to become and be recognised as horse riders’ mental health matters ‘go-to’ resource.
Said Liz Daniels of Riders Minds: “Rider suicide rates are too high. Some have fallen victim to pressures, bullying and problems within the equestrian industry, while others use riding as escapism and pleasure, to struggles in their personal life.
“We are very conscious of the UK’s overall suicide rates and Riders Minds is passionately committed to play its part to save lives in the equestrian industry.
“We are delighted that HorseFest has chosen to support Riders Minds and to have their acknowledgement that mental health issues in the equestrian industry are so important.”

Plus there is an array of other experts to help answer your horsey questions - including world famous vet Sue Dyson, talented horseman Jason Webb, performance psychologist Charlie Unwin, anatomy and biomechanics specialist Gillian Higgins, sports therapist Dee So'oialo and nutritionist Donna Case ... the list goes on!
