Tickets are now on sale for the long awaited End of Season Event, being held at The Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club on 28th November 2015. Continuing the theme of the Euros and our Blair legacy the committee have worked tirelessly to give guests a night to remember.
‘Last year’s event was a huge success but a real learning curve for the organising committee so this year we have taken on-board feedback and found a really stunning venue for the ball which has a very special feel. The committee is working hard to make sure that the End of Season Event really is a grand way to finish a season that has brought the eventing community together in a really strong and supportive way’ said Alexis Ross, chair of the organising committee.
‘We will be using the theme of the Blair European championships to inspire the ‘look’ of the ball. The feel will definitely be classic but with a few really fun touches thrown in. Our main aim is that guests really do have a night to remember’ said Nikki Goldup, who has returned for a third year to design the décor.
Doors will open for this black tie event at 7.00pm for a drinks reception, ahead of the British Eventing and Eventing Riders Association of GB awards ceremony. Guests will then enjoy a delicious 3 course, served dinner with wine in the beautiful, vintage polo club setting and marquee. Followed by DJ, guests will party through to the early hours, whilst making use of a cash bar and lounge for refreshments throughout the evening. Carriages will be at 1pm and there is plentiful local accommodation nearby.
There will be plenty more surprises in store and last year the event was a complete sell-out, so the committee is urging eventers and their supporters to book early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are priced at £90 each until Midnight on 16/10/15, then increasing to £95 each
