Getting the new series underway in February is British-based Australian event rider, Christopher Burton, who was a member of the bronze medal winning team at the Rio Olympic Games. Christopher looks at ‘Training the Young Event Horse’ and provides a fascinating look at the methods that have seen him reach the top of his chosen sport.

International dressage rider and trainer, Pammy Hutton, focuses on myth busting the basics in ‘Half Halt with Hutton’ and is a must see Masterclass for dressage enthusiasts at all levels. Pammy has produced all of her horses from scratch to Grand Prix and has taken nine of them to international standard.

Leading show jumper Michael Duffy is also set to host an exciting Masterclass to give viewers exclusive guidance and top tips for a successful performance. At the age of 17, in 2012, Michael made history in the sport by becoming the youngest ever individual to win the Irish National Champion title, a record he still retains today.

The Masterclass series will also welcome many more top riders throughout the year covering a range of training topics that will offer easy to follow guidance and tips whichever your chosen discipline.

Series Executive Producer, Jenny Rudall said: “I am really excited about the line-up for the 2020 Masterclass series, we have some of the very best riders and trainers on hand to offer their vast experience and each episode is set to be great viewing.”
