Vale Farms Ltd sign for second year as Horse of the Year Show sponsors

The Gribbin family of Vale Farms Ltd are looking forward to sponsoring the Vale Farms Ltd Lead Rein Pony of Hunter Type of the Year Championship once again at Horse of the Year Show 2020.

From qualifying for the Shire Horse of the Year Championship to the Supreme In-hand Championship, the Gribbin family have had great success at Horse of the Year Show over the years. Owner of Vale Farms Ltd, Antony Gribbin, is especially well known within the Shire Horse world and is also the proud breeder of Leaventhorpe show horses which have bred and produced several champions.

Not only are the Gribbin family looking forward to sponsoring at this year’s event, but daughter, Bryony, is also set to compete across a number of Horse of the Year Show qualifiers in 2020 with the hopes of making it to the show in October.

At Horse of the Year Show 2019, it was Cheryl Elcock’s Welsh Section A pony, Mardruid Caradog that took the title in the Bryony Gribbin of Vale Farms Limited Lead Rein Pony of Hunter Type of the Year Championship.

Antony Gribbin comments: “I am delighted to once again sponsor the Lead Rein Pony of Hunter Type Championship. It is wonderful to see young riders compete at such a fantastic event, starting their showing careers on some of the best ponies in the country. It is a great privilege to be associated with the world’s most famous horse show.”

Event Director, Emma Williams, commented: “After a fantastic show in 2019, we are delighted to welcome back the Gribbin family and Vale Farms Ltd as sponsor of this superb Championship for the second consecutive year, we appreciate the generous support that the family are providing to the industry and Horse of the Year Show 2020.”

Horse of the Year Show takes place from 7th-11th October 2020 at the Resorts World Arena, the NEC Birmingham bringing another year of breath-taking displays and unbeatable competition.
