YardWise Returns in 2026 with a Two-Day Focus on Smart Care and Smarter Business
Following the success of YardWise 2025, plans are now underway for YardWise 2026: Smart Care, Smarter Business, taking place on 15 - 16 September 2026 at Warwick Trident College, Royal Leamington Spa.
YardWise is a specialist business and networking event created specifically for yard owners, managers and senior yard professionals - the people responsible for day-to-day decision making, horse welfare and sustainable yard operations.
A focused, practical learning environment
YardWise is built around meaningful discussion, shared experience and practical insight - not lectures or theory. Delegate numbers are deliberately limited to keep conversations relevant, open and genuinely useful.
The 2026 event will run across two themed days, allowing attendees to focus on the areas most relevant to their role - or attend both for a broader perspective.
Day One - Equine Housing & Environment
Exploring best practice in yard management to support horse welfare, including environment, socialisation, feeding, suitable housing, grass and grazing management and how everyday routines influence quality of life.
Day Two - Business Sustainability & Development
Focusing on financially sustainable and professionally run yard businesses, including client management, marketing, professional practice and efficient administration.
Each day combines keynote speakers, small-group specialist sessions and structured networking - creating space for yard professionals to step back from daily pressures, reflect, ask questions and exchange ideas with others facing similar challenges.
Supporting standards across the industry
YardWise exists to support the people at the centre of equestrian care - those balancing horse welfare, client expectations, staffing, facilities and financial realities every day.
The event provides a collaborative, non-judgemental environment where professionals can explore what works, what doesn’t, and why - helping strengthen standards across the sector as a whole.
