The new Amerigo Dressage Elastic Girth is just one their dressage accessories which are all designed to help horse and rider with improved performance, comfort and precision fitting.

The Amerigo GH04AME Dressage Elastic Girth, designed by Peter Menet is a beautiful, anatomically shaped girth that is ideal for all Amerigo saddles – and any other dressage saddle.

It is made from the finest Italian leather, is gently padded and lined with the softest calf skin to protect against rubs.

It is specially designed and shaped for horses with girthing problems. The softly padded elastic in the elbow areas removes all friction and pressure during movement, allowing the horse to move freely and comfortable.

It features four stainless steel buckles complete with rollers to make fastening very easy. Leather keepers are positioned to keep the girth straps tucked neatly away and it is embossed with the Amerigo logo.

This elastic girth enables riders to gives equal balance when the girth is fastened and with the added elasticity and premium leather it moulds to the horses shape in a very short time.

This particular girth is used by Carl Hester on many of his horses as it performs to a high standard, is easy to clean and always looks immaculate. It can also be used with an Amerigo Sheepskin girth cover for ultra sensitive horses.

Carl commented, “I always use this Dressage Special Girth as it fits perfectly and I really do like my horses to be comfortable and also look tidy. It’s a winning combination for fit and performance.”

Amerigo products are used throughout the world by top international riders including Edwina Alexander, Billy Twomey and Carl Hester. The technological design of Amerigo products are recognized by riders who value the improvement in their performances and the positive effect on the health of their horses.
