Having run five very successful horse trials in difficult times last year, the team at BEDE Events are planning ahead for a busy 2021.

With nine events in the calendar and having a wealth of knowledge when it comes to staging horse trials in a short space of time, their experience allows them to be flexible and adapt to these ever-changing times.

Said Stuart Buntine of BEDE: “In a year that many will want to forget we pulled together to deliver five very well received and much appreciated horse trials at four locations around the country.

“We ran more than 3,000 horses and received huge praise from competitors and their support teams.

“Of course we live in an era when experience counts and the ability to keep on our toes and look to new ideas and ways of running events is key.

“We learnt a lot last summer and were delighted with the smooth running of our international horse trials at Thoresby Park in October.

“Our plans are to get the eventing season underway at Oasby in the middle of March but we recognise that plans may need to be flexible to adapt to the fast changing issues as we come out of lockdown.

“We will be working closely with BE as we want our much valued competitors and support teams to get plenty of runs throughout the 2021 season.

“It is also very important to us as well, to give our longstanding and new sponsors, events and platforms that can really showcase their brands and businesses throughout the season.”
