The two-day show held on July 7 and 8, takes place at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern.

Across the two days there will be a large number of Ridden and In Hand classes as well as Unaffiliated Dressage, Evening Performance classes and championships, a dedicated novice ring and an open ‘all colours’ show ring so there really is something for everybody to get involved with and take part.

Just some of the classes include PBA, Mountain & Moorland, World breeds, Concours D’Elegance, Veteran, Bitless Bridles ridden and Young Stock.

As an added bonus this year the Ridden Palomino Champion, Overall In Hand Palomino Champion and Palomino Medallion In Hand Colour Champion will compete to win a £250 jackpot, the Midoak Trophy and be crowned the Best Palomino in Show.

The show is a great day out for all the family to enjoy with trade stands and refreshment areas located at the show ground.

Why not make a weekend of it and camp? For those who want to stay over the weekend and compete both days there are stables available for the nights of July 6 and 7.

Lee Mingay of The British Palomino Society said: “We are really looking forward to the show again this year, as we had many horses and ponies from far and wide come to compete in 2017.

“The show really brings together a fantastic community feel to support these horses and ponies and it is very special.

Added Lee:  “I would also want to thank the show committee, sponsors, judges, volunteers and everybody else involved with the show.”
