Empowered Equestrian™ Coach Training now available with distance learning
Dr Tracey Cole, the UK’s leading equestrian-focused NLP, Time Line Therapy® and hypnotherapy coach, is pleased to announce that her highly-popular Empowered Equestrian™ Coach Training is now available as a distance learning course. Launched earlier this year, this unique programme aims to equip riding instructors and coaches with NLP certification and mindset tools to take their business to the next level. Participants on the Empowered Equestrian™ Coach Training (which costs £1997.00 and can be paid in installments) will achieve 4 internationally-recognised certifications during the course: NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy® and Modern Hypnosis. This blend of study ensures instructors and coaches will develop the mindset tools they need to help others to overcome their personal barriers.
Having the skills and knowledge to develop riders’ mindset and mental strength not only elevates a coach or instructors’ business above their competition, it also delivers a useful extra type of lesson which can be delivered if the pupil is unable to ride. All riders know all the feeling of finding their horse has thrown a shoe or walked out lame on the morning of a lesson or competition. Equally, if adverse weather conditions mean travelling to clients or even getting in the saddle are out of the question, an NLP session is an excellent alternative.
Previously designed to be a blend of pre-study and then 8 full days of face-to-face instruction in Staffordshire, the course can now be delivered via video call software. The course structure was changed a result of the Covid-19 outbreaks, but actually has wider benefits for potential students. Many riding coaches and instructors naturally have their own horses too, so taking 8 full days away could present some logistical challenges. Others worry about a drop in their income from so many days away from their work. Tracey comments:
“The launch of my Empowered Equestrian™ Coach Training was so popular, but we immediately had to rethink the delivery of the course due to lockdown. The feedback from busy professional riders and coaches was that the online version fits in so well with their lifestyle; they can still ride and teach whilst spreading out the course content over a longer period. The use of video software to teach has also been a great success! I still aim to be able to run my face-to-face residential courses in the future, but this is really working well for my fellow equestrians.”
