Main sponsor Neue Schule has agreed a two-year extension to its backing of BETA International as the exhibition plans even greater success in 2022.

The event will be staged on its traditional show days of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday when it returns to NAEC Stoneleigh on 11-13 September 2022, and this new agreement with bit specialist Neue Schule is seen as a ringing endorsement of the event.

Sarfraz Mian, CEO of Neue Schule, explained why his company was happy to commit to a further two years of sponsorship.  He said: “We are very much looking forward to supporting the remarkable BETA International team in delivering the world's best equestrian trade fair.

“BETA International has proved to be incredibly valuable for Neue Schule throughout our years of sponsorship. The trade fair delivers excellent UK and international exposure, and has brought results that have far exceeded our expectations.

“I am very optimistic that we can build on what was achieved at last year’s BETA International, the first since the lifting of lockdown restrictions. We can take all the lessons  learned from that show and make the 2022 exhibition a highly successful event.”

BETA International organiser Gordon Thomas, of Impact Exhibitions & Events, welcomed news of Neue Schule’s main sponsorship agreement.

“Neue Schule’s continued commitment to BETA International reflects the importance of the exhibition. We’re excited to be working on this great show, helping to make it a huge success for exhibitors and visitors.”

Impact Exhibitions & Events, which stages the UK’s leading pet and aquatic industry events PATS and AQUA, has taken over the organisation of BETA International, from Equestrian Management Consultants (EMC). The move has been prompted by the impending retirement of EMC’s commercial manager Claire Thomas, who has organised the exhibition for the past 17 years.

“We’ll be working closely with BETA’s trade fair committee to make sure the show continues with its winning formula,” added Gordon. “There are some exciting plans to make the 2022 exhibition an unmissable event in the equestrian industry calendar.”
