A team that always has its finger on the pulse – the marketeers at Equestrian.com hit the spot at the Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show when reaching new highs during the Grand Prix coursewalk.

Marketing Executive Victoria Ward walked the Equestrian.com Grand Prix course with BEF Performance Manager for Jumping, Di Lampard providing expert advice and commentary while they were on Facebook Live.

“The course walk was a massive success and shows how new technology really is changing the face of equestrian sport and bringing it live to the masses in the comfort of their homes,” said Victoria.

Reaching more than 25,000 people the live feed was very well received with Victoria working alongside Di to provide a real insight into what goes through the mind of the leading show jumpers when walking the most challenging and technical courses in the world.

Said Equestrian.com CEO Lorraine Meadowcroft: “We were delighted with how many people watched the live feed.  The success of it clearly demonstrates how bringing entertainment and insights into so many people’s lives is now so much easier and more accessible.

“The course had everything with horses needing both power and precision to go clear and featured some fantastic fences including the new Equestrian.com planks and spheres which we were delighted with.

“Di was fantastic using her many years’ experience to talk about and show case the Grand Prix first hand before the leading riders took on the task of jumping what was a brilliantly designed course.

“It really made it extra special when Billy Twomey won the Equestrian.com Grand Prix for the second year running, the class was a fantastic demonstration of show jumping at the highest level and a great way to round off a very successful three days.”
