Jewellery and homewares company Hiho Silver is delighted to be crowned winner of the 2013 Somerset Business Awards Service Excellence category.

The award ceremony took place on 24th October at Westlands Conference and Leisure Centre in Yeovil and celebrated the success of businesses based in Somerset. Nearly 350 of the county’s most influential business people attended the awards, to see who won the hotly contested categories on the night.

“We were thrilled to be finalists in the Service Excellence category,” says Emma Warren, director at Hiho Silver, “but winning was the icing on the cake. We do our very best to take care of our customers because they are incredibly important to us. Our goods are usually despatched on the day that the order is received and our team are on hand to help with any queries. We pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful approach and marry this with really special products in our homewares and sterling silver jewellery lines. Many of our pieces are exclusive to us, and are designed just for our customers. Receiving this award is really special for the whole team, and makes us all want to push forward and be even better.”

Hiho Silver designs stunning sterling silver jewellery and homewares for all, including the equestrian and country sector where they have a strong following. The team and the quintessentially British tradestand attend many horse trials and country fairs during the season, and have developed an equestrian range to appeal to Hiho fans attending these events. In addition to this, there are collections to suit all tastes, catering for men, women and children. The company also produces a number of pieces that give a percentage of the selling price to charity, such as the Hiho Help for Heroes collection. Hiho Silver has a great website backed up by an award winning team in Somerset, so whether you go to shows or order online, you can be assured of a great service.
