Support Riding and Pony Clubs Initiative
THE organisers of this year’s spectacular Liverpool International Horse Show, December 29, 30 and 31 have launched an exciting new initiative for Riding Club and Pony Club members.
With the aim of supporting Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs in their fundraising efforts, the Liverpool International Horse Show team has developed a national prize draw which will see the lucky winners securing £500 for their club funds.
Second and third prizes include tickets and a course walk with a leading rider at the 2017 Liverpool International Horse Show for 10 and a trip to The Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show for 10 in 2018.
All Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs that get together to buy their tickets for the Liverpool International Horse Show as a group will be entered into the prize draw to be in with the chance of winning these great prizes. But that’s not all, this great offer will also see the clubs receiving 1 free ticket in every 10 tickets booked.
Show President Nina Barbour said: “Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs are both fantastic movements and bring together fun, education and training for so many adult and junior riders.
“This new initiative is our way of helping Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs and hopefully a £500 boost would help them to buy a couple of showjumps, dressage arenas or other useful equipment, while a visit to Liverpool International and Bolesworth International would be a real treat for the 10 lucky members chosen.”
The three days at the Echo Arena on the city’s historic waterfront are set for another equestrian extravaganza building up to a New Year’s Eve celebration like no other.
The new Inter 1 Freestyle Dressage to Music will be the feature of the Friday evening performance – December 29.
And the ‘edge of the seat’ Puissance takes centre-stage on the Saturday night while the Sunday evening includes the Grand Prix and a family friendly spectacular way to see in the New Year with fireworks and celebrations in the arena until 12.15am.
All tickets give access to the show's shopping village from 9am each day, with the shopping experience featuring a fantastic range of products from high-end equestrian outlets, exclusive fashion retailers, unusual giftware and beautiful things for the home.
There will be improved food and drink outlets on-site, including an upstairs family restaurant, food outlets and champagne bar next to the warm-up arena, and opportunities to meet and greet top riders throughout the show.
