THE team at Matchmakers International – the home of top clothing brands Caldene, Harry Hall and Tottie – have supported the RDA with equestrian clothing for volunteers and riders, recognising the amazing work carried out by the charity.
RDAhorses and ponies provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment to people with disabilities all over the UK, while the network of 500 volunteer groups organise activities such as riding, carriage driving, vaulting and show jumping for up to 28,000 people each year.
The RDA have been carrying out our life-changing activities for more than 40 years, and take great pride in the exceptional standard of their instructors and volunteers, of which there are 18,000 people in all.
“The equestrian equipment, clothing and leisure wear generously donated by Caldene, Harry Hall and Tottie has gone down a storm at the RDA,” says RDA Chief Executive, Ed Bracher.
“We work hard to deliver opportunities for therapy, achievement and fun to over 28,000 adults and children and to be in a position to offer items of clothing, of such high quality to participants and volunteers; helps us to raise our game.
“Tailored jodhpurs, stock shirts and show jackets are key to giving a great performance and no doubt we will be seeing many of our riders at this year’s National Championships turning out in style. Thank you.”
