Pippa Hutton and Duela are the winners in the TopSpec Under 25 Grand Prix at Somerford Park Premier League.
The long term partners danced to the top of the leader board on the Saturday evening of this well run and highly regarded fixture.
Finishing on a score of 66.74%, Pippa and the liver chestnut mare were closely followed by Emma Corbett and Furst Diamantino in second and Kristina Rausing and Don Wenzel in third.
Said Pippa: “Duela is now 15 and went really well. Even though the class ran into the early evening there were still plenty of spectators watching and it was great to get a win under our belt.
“We head to Germany in the middle of June as part of an Under 25 Grand Prix team so this was a great way to get our campaign started.”
Added Katy Mickle of TopSpec: “Somerford Park is a fantastic venue and the Premier League show is a great way to get the summer season underway. We were delighted to support the Under 25 Grand Prix and wish Pippa and the rest of the U25 team the best of luck in Germany.”
