Out of the 11 riders that made it through to the jump off it was Jenna Good from Hampshire who took the title in the Pony Restricted Rider 1m Championship Final. Riding Trewithian Hawkeweed, or Mickey as he is more commonly known, the pair normally compete in BE 100 but today showcased their talent for showjumping displaying a flawless jump off to take the title.

This was Jenna’s second year at BSNC but sadly last year she just missed the top spot after picking up some faults in the British Novice. This year they were back with a fighting spirit and were delighted with their win: “Mickey normally events but we show jump over the winter and he’s done one Foxhunter. He felt good today and was jumping really well. The conditions in the arena really suited him in what was a very competitive class.”
