After a record number of entries this year, Protexin Equine Premium are pleased to announce the four lucky recipients of their National Bursary Award Campaign, all receiving £200 each are:

South England: Angela Gladding, Salisbury

North England: Sammy Render, Doncaster

Wales: Stena Hoerner, Conwy

Scotland: Laura Swinnerton, Renfrewshire

Jonathan Nelson, Equine Premium Director was able to meet up with three of the four recipients during August 2014, and is hoping to catch Laura when he’s next up in Scotland.  Genevieve Lorenz, Marketing Executive who runs the campaign says:

We offer riders the chance to receive £200 cash that they can spend on whatever they would like to, what’s so nice about dealing with the equestrian community is that you do not need to place restrictions on what they can spend the money on, every year the riders chose to spend their bursary on either lessons, or competition entry fees, it’s incredibly refreshing.

When asked how she felt about receiving the award, Laura Swinnerton said:

It’s a privilege to have been selected as one of the winners; I’m excited to have this opportunity to receive training that I wouldn’t necessarily have access to otherwise.  Protexin Equine Premium is a brand I already believe in so I’m delighted to hear that they feel I deserve this Bursary Award.

Piggy French International Event Rider commented after using Protexin “We tried the Protexin Gut Balancer on ten of the horses and compared the results to the rest of the yard and I can honestly say those ten have really benefitted from Gut Balancer by comparison in both holding their condition and they are more settled during a stressful competition schedule; so much so we’ve put the rest on it! Thank you for a great British product.”
