Once again The Equestrian Index paid its annual visit to Your Horse Live, and once again, it did not disappoint. Four huge display arenas had been created on the Stoneleigh Park grounds which provided an impressive backdrop for the biggest shopping event this side of a Harrods sale!

Thousands of visitors made the journey to browse, buy and bargain hunt amidst the hundreds of stands offering everything from feed to fleeces and of course, the ever present Gypsy Rose Lee – who we have yet to encounter.  Recession? What Recession?!

The Equestrian Index went along to support its advertisers and to liaise with businesses that are listed as part of our Directory facility.  As most of The Index’s interaction with customers is via telephone and email it is an ideal opportunity to meet clients face to face.  It is great to see so many hardworking, dedicated professionals in the industry and as such, The Index aims to support this commitment by providing back up where it can across the year.  Recognition of The Equestrian Index throughout the show was encouraging – the word is clearly out!

The organisation of the show, from a visitor’s point of view was excellent.  From the moment I sped off the M40, I was pointed clearly towards Stoneligh and the car parking was a breeze – if a little soggy.  But, hey, its England in November, what do you expect!

On arrival at the press office I was warmly greeted by the TSM team who were helpful, efficient and courteous.  It was a bonus to have the press office to “home” in on as my internal GPS doesn’t appear to function at Your Horse Live – I get lost, every time!

So, all in all it was a wonderful event.  The Equestrian Index would like to specifically congratulate Keyflow for winning the prize for their impressive stand.  A small montage of images from the show is attached featuring some of our advertisers on their trade stands, a brief reflection of their commitment and professionalism over the weekend.

Thank you to the team at Your Horse Live and Tim & Joanna at TSM Ltd.  See you again next year!
