International Event rider Sharon Hunt is set to have a busy year after being selected to be the British Eventing U18 Eastern Region Coach.

 In this exciting new role Sharon will be working with the British Eventing U18 programme to improve the skills of younger riders developing them for future Pony, Junior and Young Rider teams.  The U18 programme is extremely successful with the teams regularly winning medals at various Events, including the European Championships.                                                         

Having recently passed the British Eventing Level 3 Coaching Exam and currently working towards the British Showjumping Level 3 Coaching Exam, Sharon is a talented rider and established coach with many fantastic results under her belt including an Olympic Bronze Medal. This inspiring new role will allow Sharon to pass on her first hand knowledge and experience of what it is like to compete in the Eventing world’s most prestigious and high pressured Events.

 Sharon’s pupils will benefit from her extensive experience not only whilst training at home but also out at Events where Sharon will be available to assist with warms ups and to discuss and walk through show jumping and cross country courses.
