Royal Windsor Horse Show is not just the perfect place to pitch up and watch world class equestrian performances, it is now fast becoming a mecca for shopaholics looking for some retail therapy in between the fiercely competitive classes.
The infamous Shopping Village at this year’s show, from 13-17th May, is better than ever with plenty of new names such as Holland Cooper, Fairfax and Favor and Edy and Bridge who will help
make up around 230 trade stands that will be ready and waiting to tempt every last one of the expected 50,000 spectators.
With a fantastic mixture of new talented designers and established exhibitors, there’s something for everyone from specially designed jewellery pieces, bespoke shirts, leather bags and even a Hermes saddle for the horses.
South West Ten, Bags Plus, Lucinda Frances, Carl Scarpa, Jimmy Hooves, Amour Crystal and Shibori, are just some of the brands and products at the event ensuring that everyone entering through the Castle gates will be spoilt for choice.
The Royal Warrant Holders Association will also be returning to the show as they celebrate their 175th Anniversary. The RWHA Pavilion will feature an eclectic range of companies united in their commitment to the highest standards of service. The Association’s charitable arm, the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust, which supports excellence in British craftsmanship will also be showcasing the works of some of its beneficiaries.
After you’ve shopped until you’ve dropped, you can then relax with a picnic in the private grounds of Windsor Castle or enjoy something to eat in one of the many bars and food courts around the show before watching top quality Dressage, Showjumping, Endurance, Carriage Driving and Showing classes as well as entertaining equestrian displays.
