Northamptonshire-based side-saddle rider, Jane Harper has had a brilliant summer competing with her talented gelding, Crimewave ll at shows up and down the country. This year Jane changed his feed to Fibre-Beet and the show rings results speak for themselves. Crimewave II - also known as Stanley – is a 17hh gelding, rising 21-years-old and he has never looked in better condition.

Just a few of Stanley’s results include first at the Veteran Horse Society Championships which automatically qualified them to compete in more classes throughout the event.

They went on to become the Saturday night Champion of Champions, before claiming the Sunday evening Supreme Reserve Overall Champion of the Year.

The next few weeks are set to prove very exciting for Jane and Stanley as they have also qualified for one of the biggest events of the year, The Olympia International Horse Show.

Explained Jane: “I am over the moon with how Stanley has been performing, he really looks well and is winning classes against horses that are 10-years younger than him, and he still loves to compete.”

Continued Jane: “I have owned Stanley for 18-years now, and since being fed on Fibre-Beet he looks like a completely different horse, especially with the shine on his coat. My other horses are also fed on Fibre-Beet and can’t get enough of it!”

Fibre-Beet is a super fibre conditioning feed, which contains all the benefits of Speedi-Beet with added alfalfa for optimum condition and quality protein for muscle tone and function.

As a soaked feed it is ideal for veteran horses, is very palatable and easy to chew, even if teeth are poor or missing.
