If you are planning to breed a foal this year and have yet to make a decision on your chosen stallion, look no further than the Cyden Dressage Stallions.
After a successful first season at stud in 2014, KWPN approved Cyden Cadans M and KWPN approved Cyden Bodyguard Moorland will once again be standing at Stallion AI Services for a limited time this summer, with frozen semen available from NWPCS approved pony stallion Cyden Oostings Amigo.
The Cyden boys have once again enjoyed a successful year competing, alongside their stud duties.
Cyden Cadans M, by renowned dressage stallion Sir Donnerhall won yet another regional title to add to the unprecedented four titles he won in 2013, while still only a six-year-old. Moving up the levels, he is currently working at Prix St Georges.
2014 also saw Cyden Bodyguard Moorland compete in his first Prix St Georges as well as turn out some impressive performances at The British Dressage Home Internationals, securing owner and rider Lara Dyson second place overall, but perhaps Bodyguards biggest achievement of the year was his offspring, Guardian S, gaining KWPN approval.
During the autumn KWPN performance test, three-year-old stallion Guardian S, gained his KWPN approved status, proving Bodyguard, who is himself by the legendary stallion Gribaldi, to be a sire of quality progeny, especially considering the stringent testing of the KWPN studbook.
Cyden Oostings Amigo by International dressage pony Halgelkruis Valentijn, continues to delight both in and out of the competition arena, qualifying for his first National Championships while still only five-years-old, finishing in a creditable fifth place.
At home Amigo has an astonishing appetite to learn new things and is currently working at Medium Level. He is a firm favourite with any children visiting Lara’s Lincolnshire yard, happily giving pony rides like a veteran gelding.
All three Cyden Stallions have excellent trainable temperaments to complement their fantastic bloodlines and confirmation.
