Organisers of Liverpool’s first international horse show have announced that the brand Crabbie's will be a major sponsor of next week's inaugural Liverpool International Horse Show, happening at the Echo Arena from 1st – 3rd January 2016.

Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer, is part of the UK’s largest independent drinks manufacturer and distributor Halewood International, and is created from a secret recipe of exotic spices and real ginger and steeped for up to six weeks to deliver a refreshingly-spicy flavour. The brand is no stranger to equestrian sport, as the Official Title Sponsor of The Crabbies Grand National Festival at Aintree.

The Liverpool International Horse Show is the first of its kind in Merseyside and aims to bring show jumping to a brand new audience, with three days of show jumping, entertainment, shopping and family fun.

Show Director, Nina Barbour, said:

“ We are so excited to welcome the Crabbie's brand on board as a sponsor for the first ever Liverpool International Horse Show. As a nationally renowned brand based in the North West, it makes perfect sense to work together on an event that will reaffirm the city of Liverpool as a location for world class equestrian sport. We are really looking forward to working together and welcoming the team to the spectacle of this year's show.”

This prestigious event, created by the team behind the popular Bolesworth International, will take place at the Echo Arena on the city's waterfront over the New Year holiday. It will attract the world's best show jumpers to compete on an international stage to kick off the Olympic year of 2016. Competitors will include members of the Team GB Olympic gold medal-winning team and well-known stars of the international scene.

Members of the business community can also delay their New Year resolutions and take advantage of the VIP hospitality packages for client entertaining over the Bank Holiday. Options include private boxes with an unrivalled view of the action in the arena from the 12 seats within the box in the stadium, an incredible champagne reception along with lunch,  afternoon tea or dinner with canapés, not to mention a fully-staffed private bar. There will also be a VIP Hospitality area, a walk-in bistro and a well-stocked champagne bar.
