Very rarely do trainers or saddle fitters consider the position of the stirrup bar in relation to a rider’s balance. The rider’s leg geometry and the way their leg is articulated from the hip, as well as their riding discipline, determine the best position.  No amount of shouting at a rider who sits in a ‘chair’ seat with their leg shooting forward will improve their underlying position, if the stirrup bar is simply too far forward for them.  Equally, a rider whose leg is forced back too far will struggle to find good balance.

WOW Saddles solve this problem simply and effectively – see how by watching this video.  You can find out for yourself how much of a difference this would make to your riding by booking a demonstration on your own horse with your nearest WOW retailer - find them HERE.
