The 2019 Australian International 3 Day Event highlights are now available exclusively to subscribers worldwide on Horse & Country.

Australia’s only CCI five star event never disappoints with its vibrant city centre back drop in Adelaide’s picturesque East Parklands, as world class horse and rider combinations battle it out for the top spot. The November 2019 event saw more than $150,000 prize money on offer.

Following its upgrade to a five star event this year, the Australian International 3 Day Event now proudly takes its place alongside the other great international sporting fixtures: the Kentucky Three Day Event in the United States in April; Badminton Horse Trials in England in May; Luhmuhlen Horse Trials in Germany in June; Burghley Horse Trials back in the UK in September; and Pau Horse Trials in France in October.

The 2019 Australian International 3 Day Event is the only event of this calibre in the Southern Hemisphere and only one of six held across the world.

This exciting highlights programme captures the dressage, showjumping and cross-country phases as they provide some of the most challenging tests for horses and riders in the sport of eventing.

In 2018 the CCI4* cross country track in Adelaide was the toughest the riders had seen for years and indeed it had huge influence on the eventual outcome of the results, with Hazel Shannon winning her second Aus3DE in Adelaide. Therefore the 2019 cross-country track was anticipated to be another tough ride.

Watch Horse & Country now to see Australia’s elite horse and rider combinations in action.

Subscribers can view exclusively on horseandcountry.tv and on Horse & Country’s web and mobile apps and streaming devices, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire and Roku.
